Responsibilities
As Co-Founder and Principal of North Rock Real Estate, Mike oversees the firm’s brokerage and development operations. He leads all debt and equity sourcing activities and maintains strong relationships with a wide network of lenders, investors, and joint venture partners. Mike also manages strategic client relationships and provides high-level oversight of North Rock’s Minneapolis office, serving as the company’s Broker of Record.
Experience
Mike co-founded North Rock Real Estate in 2012 and has since led more than $500 million in new development projects while representing institutional clients across a broad range of brokerage assignments. His experience includes sourcing and structuring complex transactions across office, retail, industrial, and healthcare asset classes.
He began his career in commercial real estate sourcing equity and debt for one of the nation’s largest healthcare developers, contributing to the completion of several hundred million dollars in projects across the United States. Mike’s leadership has been instrumental in shaping North Rock’s growth, reputation, and success in both development and brokerage.

Bachelor of Arts in Business, Emphasis in Entrepreneurship – University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, Minnesota

Mike lives in the Twin Cities area and enjoys spending time outdoors, golfing, and traveling with his family.
