Collin has spent his career representing the real estate interests of organizations with national and international portfolios. His real estate pedigree includes accounting and consulting advisory roles working with mid-market firms as well as investment, asset management, and development roles with institutional clients. A CPA by background, Collin began his career with RSM, consulting with developers, owners, and CFO’s on a wide range of real estate investments, including retail, office, industrial, multifamily, and hospitality. Prior to joining North Rock, Collin spent six years as a Vice President at CarVal Investors, Cargill’s investment management arm which manages over $10 billion of institutional capital. At CarVal, Collin was responsible for the oversight, asset management, and strategic repositioning of over $500 million of investments, including a substantial portfolio of resort and residential investments in Latin America. Collin holds an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
